Dr. Samir Abdelly is the Founder and Managing Partner of Abdelly & Associates since 1994. He is currently Lawyer at the Supreme Court of Tunis. He is speaker in many local and international conferences and author of numerous publications and articles dealing with oil & gas, PPP and mergers and acquisitions issues in Tunisia and North Africa. Dr. Abdelly is an Arabic native speaker and is fluent in English, French and Italian. He has extensive experience in oil & gas, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and joint ventures. He has been involved in most of the large-scale projects in Tunisia and North Africa and has advised numerous national and international groups in various sectors particularly natural resources, banking and finance, insurance & reinsurance, telecommunications and IT, real estate. He was admitted to the Tunisian Bar Association in 1994. Dr. Abdelly has studied at the Law university of Tunis and France.
