Maître Sofiene Abdelly is lawyer at the court of Tunis since 2008 , Education :
1-Bachelor degree ‘s (university of tunis Al Manar compus ) Private law
2- Master’s degree ( advanced degree) in Paris
1- PHD Researcher at Université Paris Private international law
He worked during 12 years as AAIC lawyer in Tunisia , Algeria Mauritania and Mali. Maître Sofien Abdelly has been part of the Tunisian-Mauritanian joint committees for investment in Mauritania.
He has participated with Mauritanian University researchers for the modification of the Mauritanian Mining code of 2008. He is also Senior Adviser of the West Africa of Maghreb Mining Company and senior advisor of GPM Global Petroleum Management in Mauritania and Algeria
Maître Sofien Abdelly was the leading adviser on the international call for tenders which allowed an international telecommunication to have the second telecommunications license in Mali.He assists international and clients in both public and private sectors in many fields
